

Health System Recruitment Campaign Our client experienced a phenomenal response. Having done similar direct mail campaigns, they were accustomed to considering a 4% response rate as “successful.” In the case of this campaign mailing, our client was able to attribute an internet response of 4,705 unique individuals (or 64.92% of those who visited the site) as verified by the the use of the URL which appeared only in the mailers and in four ads.
More telling, of the 2,400 women who joined the campaign club during the first six weeks, 2,190 of them indicated that they found out about the club as a direct result of having “received a brochure in the mail.” This response, when divided by the 15,000 list our client purchased and fulfilled through Printegration, yields a direct mail conversion rate of 14.6%. Our client commented that the 64.92% and 14.6% response rates constituted “rates of success (she) had frankly never heard of.”
