Imaging Solutions Announces Name Change to Printegration
Richmond, July 1, 2005 - Imaging Solutions, which has built its reputation as one of Central Virginia's premier printers, has changed its name to Printegration. The name change is part of the company's overall strategy to distinguish itself as Virginia's print to mail experts, and more accurately reflects the integration of offset and digital printing with full service, in-house mailing capabilities.

Imaging Solutions was created when Plummer Printing and Carriage House Press merged in April, 1999. It enhanced its pre-press capabilities by acquiring Richmond Engraving in July, 2000. Due to high customer demand and competitive challenges, Imaging Solutions added in-house mailing services and personalized digital printing capabilities when it acquired Personal Letters and Optimus Print Marketing in August, 2002. Today, Printegration emerges with the complete integration of expertise, equipment and procedures into one seamless process.

"Overcoming all the challenges of merging five companies into a single focused unit, will make Printegration a valuable partner to our customers, employees and suppliers." said Rick Godsey, president of Printegration.

Printegration employs almost 50 employees in Henrico County, and plans to increase its workforce by 10% by year end. The name change is accompanied by a change in logo, and redesigned web site, www.printegration.com.
